SHERIDAN BROADCASTING CORP.'s CL/MCM ALABAMA, LLC is selling Urban Oldies WATV-A (900 GOLD)/BIRMINGHAM, AL to COURTNEY FRENCH BROADCASTING, LLC for $300,000.
In other filings with the FCC, TRI-PARISH BROADCASTING CO., INC. is selling News-Talk KEUN-A and Country-Cajun KEUN-F/EUNICE, LA to DANE WILSON's CAJUN PRAIRIE BROADCASTING, LLC for $50,000 plus a time brokerage agreement as of OCTOBER 1st.

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, ALPHA MEDIA is selling five stations -- News-Talk KSAL-A, Classic Hits KSAL-F, and Country KYEZ (Y93.7)/SALINA, KS; Adult Standards KABI-A/ABILENE, KS; and AC KBLS (SUNNY 102.5)/NORTH FORT RILEY, KS -- to ROCKING M MEDIA, LLC for an undisclosed price.
The FCC has also reached a Consent Decree with RAMH CORPORATION that will have RAMH pay a $2,800 fine to settle late license renewal, public file, and unauthorized operation charges at currently-Silent KDEF-A/ALBUQUERQUE and paves the way for renewal and sale of the license to SANGRE DE CRISTO BROADCASTING CO., INC. for $250,000. The station lost its license in 2013 for failure to file its 2005 and 2013 renewal applications in a timely manner, but the present arrangement restores the license and calls and allows the sale to proceed. SANGRE DE CRISTO has also purchased K272FF/GRANTS, NM from NATIVE AMERICAN CHRISTIAN VOICE, INC. for $30,000 with the intention of moving the facility to ALBUQUERQUE to rebroadcast KDEF.
