CAPITOL BROADCASTING Sports WCMC-F (99.9 THE FAN)/RALEIGH-DURHAM is hosting its first "BBQ 101" barbecuing seminar on NOVEMBER 12th at CLOUD'S BREWING.  The event, with experts from GRILBILLIES BARBECUE teaching the best ways to smoke and cook meat, will benefit the ME FINE FOUNDATION.  The station has previously held a beer home-brewing event.

GRILLBILLIES' JOE PINO said, “When it comes to barbecue there is a lot of information out there and it can be very confusing. When we do our classes our job is to connect the dots for the backyard pro.”
