Bruce Hooley Exits WKNR (ESPN 850)/Cleveland

GOOD KARMA BROADCASTING Sports WKNR-A (ESPN 850)/CLEVELAND afternoon host BRUCE HOOLEY tweeted WEDNESDAY (10/18) that he is exiting the station.  

HOOLEY, a former CLEVELAND PLAIN DEALER sportswriter who joined WKNR from RADIOHIO/DISPATCH Sports WBNS-F (97.1 THE FAN)/COLUMBUS in 2011 and hosts a show on SPECTRUM SPORTS (formerly TIME WARNER CABLE SPORTS CHANNEL) in OHIO, declined to say where he is heading but said that he is "allowing the place I'm going to make their own announcement in their own way" and said that the new show will be heard in CLEVELAND "and elsewhere."

No drama in departing @ESPNCleveland beyond an opportunity I'm excited to pursue.
