RADIO PARTNERS, LLC is selling Contemporary Christian WLKE (K-LOVE)/GALLITZIN-ALTOONA, PA and Contemporary Christian WLSF (K-LOVE)/SHEFFIELD, PA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $400,000.

In other filings with the FCC, PREMIERE ENTERPRISES, LLC is selling Hot AC WALI (i93.7)/WALTERBORO, SC to APEX MEDIA CORPORATION for $325,000.

The price for which SPECTRUM RADIO FAIRMONT, LLC is selling Classic Rock WRLF (94 ROCK),  News-Talk WTCS-A, and News-Talk WMMN-A//FAIRMONT, WV and Hot AC WZST (VARIETY 101)/WESTOVER, WV to LAUREL HIGHLAND TOTAL COMMUNICATIONS, INC.'s  LHTC MEDIA INC., undisclosed when the deal was announced yesterday, is $700,000 if station revenues exceed that amount, $650,000 if the revenues fall short, plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

AMERICAN EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W247BT/NAPLES, FL to NICHE RADIO, INC.for $25,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Haitian WSRF-A/FORT LAUDERDALE.

SPECTRUM DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC. is selling W278BD/MACCLENNY, FL to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. for $40,000.  

GEORGIA EAGLE MEDIA, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WSYL-A/SYLVANIA, GA because a utility worker mowing near its tower clipped a guy wire and the tower fell on the studio building.

The UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KAIW/LARAMIE, WY because its tower lease expired and while it  awaits authorization to relocate.

COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of K260BK/HASTINGS, NE to LEGACY COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $40,000.

And BERT LINDSAY has closed on the sale of Classic Hits WSVM-A (1490 V-RADIO)/VALDESE, NC to VANCE PATTERSON for $9,000.
