ALL ACCESS sends lots of love and warm n' fuzzies to ENTERCOM/MADISON OM CHASE DANIELS and his bride DEBORAH on the birth of their first, JACOB PARKER RUBIN.  He was born on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 22nd at 6:35p.  7 lbs 9 ounces.

Everyone is doing great!

CHASE, who has trouble tying his shoes or a tie, is stumped at how to change a diaper, but is working on it!
