Two more photographers have filed suit against radio companies for unauthorized use of copyrighted photos on websites.
THEODORE PARISIENNE has sued EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS CORP. for copyright infringement for using a photo of a BRONX gang member being escorted by police on the website of Urban AC WBLS/NEW YORK, and BRUCE COTLER has sued UNIVISION COMMUNICATIONS for using a photo of alleged killer REGINALD MOISE at THEROOT.COM.
