iHEARTMEDIA News-Talk WSPD-A-W225AM/TOLEDO has upped APD MATT CULBREATH to PD, effective immediately.  CULBREATH, a/k/a "SHAGGY," continues as APD of Sports WCWA-A (FOX SPORTS 1230), overnight host on Rock WIOT (ROCK 104.7), and co-host of afternoons on WSPD with SVP/Programming-TOLEDO SCOTT SANDS.

SANDS said, “MATT has been a valuable part of the WSPD and iHEARTMEDIA TOLEDO team for more than 15 years and has dedicated a lot of hard work and long hours towards this opportunity. I’m very confident he will excel in this new role.”
