The INTERCOLLEGIATE BROADCASTING SYSTEM is hosting IBSNYC2017, its 77th annual international College Radio Conference next SPRING, and now's the time to make your plans. The event is FRIDAY, MARCH 3, 2017 through SUNDAY, MARCH 5, 2017 at NEW YORK's HOTEL PENNSYLVANIA across from MADISON SQUARE GARDEN.
