UNIVISION's TICHENOR LICENSE CORPORATION is selling Regional Mexican KBNA-F, Spanish News-Talk KQBU-A (UNIVISION AMERICA 920), and Spanish News-Talk KAMA-A/EL PASO to RAFAEL MARQUEZ' 97.5 LICENSEE TX, LLC (25% owned by GRUPO RADIO CENTRO) for $2 million plus an LMA to GRC before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WTZE/TAZEWELL, VA due to technical problems.

REACH COMMUNICATIONS, INC.  has closed on the sale of W243AQ/MACCLENNY, FL to DOCKINS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $24,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Adult Standards WGRO-A/LAKE CITY, FL.

AUGUSTA RADIO FELLOWSHIP INSTITUTE, INC. is selling W284CU/NEWPORT, NC (now W264DE/LEXINGTON, NC) to CLEARCAST, INC. for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Classic Hits WLXN-A (MAJIC 99.9)/LEXINGTON, NC which presently rebroadcasts on W260BG/LEXINGTON.

And MINNESOTA PUBLIC RADIO has closed on the sale of K231BZ/HAILEY, ID (now K272FS/BOISE) to SALT & LIGHT RADIO, INC. for $30,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Religion KGEM-A (SALT AND LIGHT CATHOLIC RADIO)/BOISE.
