Television Appearances, Tour Stops, Album Releases Keep Garth Brooks Busy This Weekend

PEARL RECORDS artist GARTH BROOKS is preparing for a big WEEKEND, as his "GARTH BROOKS/YANKEE STADIUM/Live" television special premieres TONIGHT (11/10) at 8p (ET/PT) across all AT&T platforms (NET NEWS 10/7); check out the teaser video for the special here. BROOKS' TARGET-exclusive boxed set, "GARTH BROOKS" The Ultimate Collection," streets TOMORROW (11/11) at all TARGET retailers, and his duet album with TRISHA YEARWOOD, "CHRISTMAS Together," also releases nationwide tomorrow (NET NEWS 10/24).

BROOKS will celebrate this WEEKEND in RICHMOND, VA where his "GARTH BROOKS WORLD TOUR WITH TRISHA YEARWOOD" is scheduled for four shows in three days. SUMMITMEDIA Country WKHK (K95)/RICHMOND is marking the occasion by temporarily rebranding as "GARTH95." "In honor of the CMA Entertainer Of The Year, GARTH BROOKS, and Miss YEARWOOD coming to RICHMOND this WEEKEND for four shows, K95 is 'GARTH95' through the weekend," WKHK PD GARRET DOLL told ALL ACCESS. "We have been giving away multiple pairs of tickets every day for three weeks, and it culminates with tickets every 95 minutes the day before the show kicks off."

BROOKS will also appear tomorrow MORNING (11/11) on ABC-TV's "Good MORNING AMERICA" and will roll in to the following week with a MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14th appearance on NBC-TV's "The Voice." BROOKS is slated to mentor the Top 12 remaining contestants on the reality singing competition (NET NEWS 11/8). BROOKS then heads to ABC-TV's "JIMMY KIMMEL Live" for two consecutive NIGHTS on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15th and WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16th. The TUESDAY show will feature BROOKS playing for the entire show, whereas the WEDNESDAY show will see BROOKS hosting a block part concert behind KIMMEL's HOLLYWOOD theater.

Finally, BROOKS has announced plans to take his "GARTH BROOKS WORLD TOUR WITH TRISHA YEARWOOD" to CINCINNATI on SATURDAY, JANUARY 28th, 2017. The show will take place at U.S. BANK ARENA at 7p (ET). Currently, this is the only scheduled performance, but look for BROOKS to add shows to meet ticket demand, as has been his routine in all previous cities. Additionally, BROOKS' social media is touting this as the last "GARTH BROOKS WORLD TOUR WITH TRISHA YEARWOOD" stop for the OHIO and KENTUCKY region. Tickets go on sale via TICKETMASTER next FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18th.
