More Changes

SINCLAIR BROADCAST GROUP, INC. has announced another round of executive changes effective JANUARY 1st, including EVP/COO DAVID AMY moving to Vice Chairman, overseeing human resources, corporate marketing, and the Networks Group.  AMY has been EVP/COO since 2014 and with the company since 1984.

Also being moved are BARRY FABER from EVP & General Counsel to EVP, General Counsel, Distribution and Network Relations; STEVEN PRUETT from Co-COO, SINCLAIR TELEVISION GROUP to EVP & Chief TV Development Officer; STEVEN MARKS from Co-COO, SINCLAIR TELEVISION GROUP to EVP & COO, SINCLAIR TELEVISION GROUP; and ROBERT MALANDRA from SVP Television Finance to SVP Advanced Revenue Development & Analytics.   SVP Promotions & Corporate Marketing WILLIAM BUTLER will be retiring as of MARCH 2, 2017 and VP Promotions DANA FELDMAN will step up to head the promotions department.

Last week, the company announced that Chairman/Pres./CEO DAVID SMITH will move to Executive Chairman on JANUARY 1st, to be replaced by RIPLEY, the former CFO; SVP/Corporate Finance and Treasurer LUCY RUTISHAUSER will become SVP/CFO/Treasurer.
