TEXKAN COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is selling Rock KRXB/BEEVILLE, TX to ALL IN BROADCASTING AND PROMOTIONS, LLC for $75,000.

In other filings with the FCC, LARRY MARINER is selling his 5,630 shares of FORUM BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Spanish Variety KLTO-A (EXITOS LATINO) and Country KDLK-F/DEL RIO, TX, to VP/Sales TRAVIS MARINER for $480,000 in a promissory note and 50% of outstanding accounts receivable.  TRAVIS MARINER owns 55 shares of the company; the transaction gives him 100% control.

CARBON COUNTY is selling K285AB/PRICE, UT to AJB BROADCASTING LLC for $10,000.  The translator rebroadcasts Country KSLL-A/PRICE.

TOP O' TEXAS EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING FOUNDATION is selling K273CQ/HEREFORD, TX to WRIGHT BROADCASTING SYSTEMS, INC. for $18,000.  The translator will rebroadcast the buyer's News-Talk KCLI-A/CLINTON, OK.

And RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. is selling W267BW/SEBRING, FL to SALEM affiliate CARON BROADCASTING, INC. for $77,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Spanish News-Talk WKAT-A (RADIO LUZ)/NORTH MIAMI, FL.

In CANADA, the CRTC approved a power increase from 250 to 5,000 watts at SOUTHERN ONKWEHON:WE NISHINABEC INDIGENOUS COMMUNICATIONS SOCIETY, INC. Type B Native CKRZ/OHSWEKEN, ON and a frequency change for co-channel RADIO WATERLOO, INC. campus station CKMS/WATERLOO, ON from 100.3 FM to 102.7 FM while remaining a Class A1 facility.

And the CRTC also opened a window for applications for at least one new radio station to serve GRIMSBY and BEAMSVILLE, ON, upon an application by DUFFERIN COMMUNICATIONS.
