CBS Radio Hit With Copyright Infringement Suit Over Metallica Photo

Another copyright infringement suit has been filed against a broadcaster by a photographer, this time a suit against CBS RADIO by photographer JOSHUA WITHERS.

WITHERS alleges that his copyrighted photo of METALLICA was used on the website of CBS RADIO Classic Hits KOOL-FM/PHOENIX without a license.  Like many of the other suits over copyrighted photos, the action was filed by attorney RICHARD LIEBOWITZ in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of NEW YORK.
