Messaging app SNAPCHAT's parent company, SNAP, INC. has filed confidentially for an IPO, according to a report in REUTERS, citing sources.
The VENICE, CA-based company -- which also manufactures the smart sunglasses known as SPECTACLES, is in the process of planning one of the biggest technology IPOs in recent years, which could come as early as MARCH.
