Tommy Schnurmacher Moving To Noon-1p On CJAD/Montreal

Longtime BELL MEDIA News-Talk CJAD-A/MONTREAL 9a-noon (ET) host TOMMY SCHNURMACHER will move to noon-1p starting next week.  SCHNURMACHER, a regular host on CJAD since 1996, will host "THE GANG OF FOUR WITH TOMMY SCHNURMACHER," continuing his regular feature with a rotating panel of guests debating the day's issues.

A replacement for SCHNURMACHER in the 9a-noon slot will be announced on ANDREW CARTER's morning show on WEDNESDAY (11/23).  BARRY MORGAN, who hosted noon-3p, is no longer in that slot, with KEN CONNORS hosting that time period this week.

"It means I'll no longer have to get up at 5:30 in the morning, it means I'll have time to work on my unfinished novel, I'll have more time for my favorite pastime, which, as many of you may have guessed, travel," SCHURMACHER said on TODAY's show (11/21).
