JOHN HARPER's "WMEL" Talk format formerly heard via a time brokerage arrangement on GENESIS News-Talk WIXC-A/TITUSVILLE, FL has moved to ASTRO ENTERPRISES Religion daytimer WWBC-A/COCOA-MELBOURNE and translators W234BI and W260CL/COCOA andW264AS/MELBOURNE as "AM 1510 WMEL."  The format moved to WIXC in AUGUST 2015 from RAMA COMMUNICATIONS News-Talk WMEL-A/MELBOURNE-COCOA, FL, and at the time HARPER's BROADCAST HOUSE, LLC was reported to be in the process of buying WIXC.

Meanwhile, WIXC has returned to its former NEWS TALK FLORIDA branding and programming from parent GENESIS News-Talk WWBA-A/TAMPA.
