FAMILY STATIONS, INC. is selling W222AL/CAPE MAY, NJ to GAIL LEE BURKE for $22,000.  The buyer plans to rebroadcast WIBG, LLC Oldies WIBG-F (WIBBAGE FM 94.3)/AVALON, NJ on the translator.

In other filings with the FCC, COMMUNITY RADIO COLLECTIVE, INC. is selling W289AU/SCRANTON, PA to VISIONS MULTI MEDIA GROUP - WUFO RADIO LLC for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Gospel WUFO-A (MIX 1080 AM)/AMHERST, NY, which it has operated since 2013 under an LMA and is in the process of buying from SHERIDAN BROADCASTING CO.'s MCL/MCM NEW YORK, LLC  for $307,331.86.

VIC MICHAEL's MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC is selling K271CK/MANITOU SPRINGS, CO and K298CG/PUEBLO, CO to LATINO COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $40,000.  The translators rebroadcast Regional Mexican KXRE-A (QUE BUENO)/MANITOU SPRINGS, CO and Regional Mexican KAVA-A (QUE BUENO)/PUEBLO, CO, respectively.

GLENN CHERRY is paying $25,000 to obtain 100% of REDEMPTION STRATEGIES BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of Spanish Hits WCSZ-A (LA JEFA)/SANS SOUCI, SC from the JULIA T. CHERRY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST. CHERRY is also as an individual paying $25,000 to obtain Silent WPUL-A/SOUTH DAYTONA, FL from the trust.

TURQUOISE BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC has requested a Silent STA for K257ER/SOLDOTNA, AK due to the failure of its transmitter's upconverter.

LOVCOM has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for K292DZ/SHERIDAN, WY while it moves to the company's common antenna site.

The buyer plans to move the translators to rebroadcast News-Talk KHNR-A (AM 690 THE ANSWER)/HONOLULU and Business KGU-A (AM 760)/HONOLULU, respectively.

WORLD EVANGELISTIC ENTERPRISE CORP. has closed on the sale of W266CN/HILLSBORO, OH (now W267CK/KNOXVILLE, TN) to BLOUNT BROADCASTING CORP. for $45,000. The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Silent WKVL-A/KNOXVILLE.

THE SISTER SHERRY LYNN FOUNDATION has closed on the sale of K281BY/ARDMORE, OK (now K269GO/SHREVEPORT, LA) to TOWNSQUARE MEDIA SHREVEPORT LICENSE, LLC for $60,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KEEL-A/SHREVEPORT, LA.

LEGACY BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of K223BD/ST. MARIES, ID to MAPLETON LICENSE OF SPOKANE, LLC for $30,000. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Adult Standards KJRB-A (MAGIC 790)/SPOKANE.

And RIVERBEND COMMUNICATIONS, LLC has closed on the sale of K262CH/POCATELLO, ID (now K298CN/BOISE, ID) to TOWNSQUARE MEDIA BOISE LICENSE, LLC for $42,500. The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KIDO-A/NAMPA-BOISE, ID.

The FCC has also dismissed a Petition for Reconsideration by VIDA ABUNDANTE, licensee of low power KJVA-LP/SAN BERNARDINO, CA, of the grant of a license to cover for a tower height increase for CALVARY CHAPEL OF REDLANDS d/b/a PACKINGHOUSE CHRISTIAN FWP low power KHSH-LP/REDLANDS, CA.  VIDA ABUNDANTE complained in its petition that the modified KHSH-LP facility interferes with KJVA-LP's signal; the FCC rejected the petition for failure to offer an affidavit from a qualified radio engineer, and added that while it did not rule on the merits of the complaint, the stations do meet LPFM spacing requirements.
