Mark Charnock Formally Announced As New Chief Digital Officer At Reach Media/Local Radio One Group

MONSTER SVP Media and Sales MARK CHARNOCK has joined REACH MEDIA and parent RADIO ONE's LOCAL RADIO ONE GROUP as Chief Digital Officer.  RADIO ONE CEO ALFRED LIGGINS commented in a recent earnings conference call: “We have made a significant new hire for our local digital business, which I believe will help us grow that revenue stream over time.”  The hiring was first announced on the company's conference call with analysts on NOVEMBER 3rd (NET NEWS 11/3).
