ALL ACCESS extends well-wishes to WHEELHOUSE RECORDS artist GRANGER SMITH, who was injured FRIDAY (12/2) during a performance at the STARLAND BALLROOM in SAYREVILLE, NJ. SMITH was standing on a stage monitor when it gave way, bringing the artist crashing down into a metal barricade, resulting in two completely separated, broken ribs and a punctured and partially collapsed lung.
SMITH powered through the remainder of his set before heading to a nearby emergency room. He was then transferred and admitted to a Level 1 trauma center in NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ, and all shows and appearances through the remainder of the WEEKEND were canceled. SMITH hopes to get back to his family in TEXAS soon to rest; further information about subsequent shows will be forthcoming.
