EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K231BB/SHIPROCK, NM to IMMACULATE HEART RADIO's IHR EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING for $1.  The buyer's Religion KXXQ/MILAN, NM is the primary station for the translator.

In other filings with the FCC, COMUNIDAD CRISTIANA OF MEMPHIS is transferring low-power WCVD-LP/CORDOVA, TN to MILLINGTON COMMUNITY CENTER, INC. for no monetary consideration.

CALVARY RADIO NETWORK, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for W221BY/ELGIN, IL while it looks for a new tower.

GARY W. WARD BROADCASTING CORPORATION has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for WLRV-A/LEBANON, VA due to financial considerations and WARD's wife's health issues; the station has been sold and a license transfer application is expected to be filed shortly.
