Before you break for the holidays, fire up the office pool and put your money down on the next stop for CURB NASHVILLE Sr. Dir./Country Promotion and Creative Projects CHUCK SWANEY, who has resigned for a soon-to-be-announced opportunity.
As SWANEY posted on his FACEBOOK page YESTERDAY (12/12), “The paperwork is in, and that makes it official.” He never said what “it” is, but added, “Yes, the rumors are true. I resigned from my previous position in NOVEMBER to accept an exciting new opportunity in 2017 to be announced soon.”
SWANEY joined the CURB team in APRIL (NET NEWS 4/7), following three years with SOUTHERN GROUND, where he shared VP/Promotion duties with MARA SIDWEBER. His label resume includes time with EMI NASHVILLE, BIGGER PICTURE, and CAPITOL NASHVILLE. Reach him here. CURB VP/Promotion RYAN DOKKE tells ALL ACCESS that SWANEY’s successor will be named soon.
