MUSICFIRST COALITION Executive Director TED KALO is leaving the artist advocacy group, according to a tweet he issued on THURSDAY (12/15).
KALO has been at the helm of the group, which advocates the imposition of performance royalties on broadcast radio stations ("Fair Pay for Radio Play"), since 2011; he is the former General Counsel of the House Judiciary Committee.
