KASPAR BROADCASTING CO, INC. is selling W232CP/NOBLESVILLE, IN and W236CR/FRANKFORT, IN to RADIO ONE OF INDIANA, LLC for $500,000 for W232CP and $280,000 for W236CR.  W232CP will rebroadcast Classic Hip Hop WNOW-HD2-W275BD (BOOM 102.9)/INDIANAPOLIS and W236CR will rebroadcast Gospel WTLC-A (AM 1310 THE LIGHT)/INDIANAPOLIS.

In other filings with the FCC, CECILE ANDREWS is selling K276CY/MANSON-25 MILE CREEK, WA to ICICLE BROADCASTING, INC. for $1.  The translator will rebroadcast Variety KOZI-F/CHELAN, WA.

SALEM affiliate EAST BAY BROADCASTING, L.L.C. has closed on the purchase of News-Talk KTRB-A (860 AM THE ANSWER)/SAN FRANCISCO from SUSAN UECKER, as receiver for PAPPAS RADIO OF CALIFORNIA, for $5.125 million.

SHELBY BROADCAST ASSOCIATES, LLC has closed on the sale of Adult Standards WNZZ-A and W231DF/MONTGOMERY, AL to ROSCOE MILLER's AUTAUGAVILLE RADIO, INC. for $215,000.

And CSN INTERNATIONAL has closed on the sale of W272DF/OCEAN CITY, NJ (now W264DH/EATONTOWN, NJ) to PRESS COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $55,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Oldies WHTG-A (GREAT GOLD 1410)/EATONTOWN, NJ.
