MASSANUTTEN BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian WLTK (K-LOVE)/NEW MARKET-HARRISONBURG, VA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $600,000.  The station has been affiliated with EMF's K-LOVE network since 2010.

In other filings with the FCC, COMMONWEALTH BROADCASTING CORP.'s HOPKINS-WEBSTER CBC, INC. is selling Country WWKY (HOWDY 97.7)/PROVIDENCE-MADISONVILLE, KY to HENSON MEDIA OF HENDERSON COUNTY, LLC for $180,000.

COMMONBOND FOUNDATION has closed on the sale of noncommercial Jazz KSVY/SONOMA, CA and operational rights to an associated local cable TV channel in SONOMA (SVTV, Channel 27) to SONOMA VALLEY COMMUNITY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $1.

KENT STATE UNIVERSITY has closed on the sale of W225BZ/ASHLAND, OH (now W242CU/ERIE, PA) to CUMULUS' RADIO LICENSE HOLDING CBC, LLC for $40,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Sports WRIE-A (SPORTS RADIO AM 1260 THE SCORE)/ERIE, PA.

And BOTT BROADCASTING affiliate COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of K229CP/BRANSON, MO (now K263BU/KANSAS CITY) to ALPINE BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $30,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Regional Mexican KCTO-A (LA PODEROSA 1160)/CLEVELAND-KANSAS CITY, MO.
