OZARK MOUNTAIN BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Classic Rock KXIO/CLARKSVILLE, AR to BOBBY CALDWELL's EAB OF CLARKSVILLE, LLC for $200,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing and an agreement to cooperate in bidding on the station if necessary to clear bankruptcy considerations.

In other filings with the FCC, BROADWAY MEDIA LS, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KAOX/SHELLEY, ID while the sale of the station to FRANDSEN MEDIA COMPANY, LLC pends and a new transmitter is installed.

KMA BROADCASTING, L.P. has closed on the sale of K268DF/LINCOLN, NE (formerly K268DF/SHENANDOAH, IA) to ALPHA 3E LICENSEE LLC for $34,000.  The buyer will rebroadcast Sports KLMS-A (ESPN 1480)/LINCOLN, NE on the translator.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. has finally closed on the MAY 2015 sale of W266AL/PENSACOLA, FL to EASY MEDIA, INC. for  $38,000. The translator rebroadcasts Sports WBSR-A (ESPN PENSACOLA)/PENSACOLA.

And CSN INTERNATIONAL has closed on the sale of W243CZ/TALLAHASSEE, FL to SOUTHERN MEDIA INTERACTIVE, LLC for $55,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports WSEG-A (ESPN 104.3 FM AND 1400 AM)/SAVANNAH, GA.

The Commission also issued $10.000 and $12,00 fines against, respectively, each half of News-Talk simulcast WJXY-A/CONWAY-MYRTLE BEACH, SC and WXJY/GEORGETOWN, SC due to public file violations by  interim operator JOULE BROADCASTING LLC, namely missing quarterly issues/programs lists.  The fine clears the way for the sale of the CUMULUS spinoffs to COLONIAL RADIO GROUP, INC. for $240,000.
