JOSEPH PATEL has joined VEVO as VP/Original Content in the NEW YORK office. 

VEVO SVP/Creative Content-Programming TOM CONNAUGHTON said, “JOSEPH brings incredible experience and a proven track record of success in music and television to VEVO as we continue to transform our output. He offers a creative lens and will play an integral role in audience engagement and growth through the creation of compelling, high-quality original content.” 

PATEL most recently served as VP/Content + Creative at THE FADER, where he executive produced a content slate that included documentaries, scripted shorts, music videos, festival livestreams and social media.

Prior to joining THE FADER, PATEL held leadership roles in content and programming at MTV NEWS and VICE MEDIA, where he supervised TV franchises for MTV and HBO.
