Paducah Sportscaster Ed Taylor Dies

Condolences to family and friends of longtime BRISTOL BROADCASTING CO./PADUCAH, KY personality and sports broadcaster WILLIAM (ED) TAYLOR, who died THURSDAY (12/30) after getting hit by an SUV outside his home in REIDLAND, KY.  He was 76.

The WEST KENTUCKY STAR reports that TAYLOR, who called PADUCAH TILGHMAN HIGH SCHOOL sports for the cluster for many years as well as PADUCAH CHIEFS baseball and was a former morning host at WPAD-A, was hit by a JEEP Wrangler THURSDAY (12/29) while crossing the road to retrieve his mail.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
