ALL ACCCESS has learned that COX Urban WEDR(99-JAMZ)/MIAMI VP/GM JERRY RUSHIN has promoted APD DERRICK BAKER to PD.
BAKER has been APD for several years and replaces TONY FIELDS, who exited earlier this year.
