WRIF/Detroit Extends The Contract Of Dave & Chuck

4 Year Deal

BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP has inked Active Rock WRIF/DETROIT morning team DAVE & CHUCK THE FREAK -- DAVE HUNTER, CHUCK "THE FREAK" URQUHART, and co-host LISA WAY -- to four year contract extensions; their contracts still had two years remaining when BEASLEY, which acquired WRIF in the GREATER MEDIA deal, gave them another four years.

The team joined WRIF from crosstown Alternative CIMX (89X) in 2013, later adding co-host ANDY GREEN, producer JAMES CAMPBELL, and video editor JASON WATSON to the show.
