GENESIS COMMUNICATIONS News-Talk WWBA-A/TAMPA will continue as flagship for UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA sports through the 2018-19 season under a two-year renewal deal. The BULLS are heard on a network including three affiliates along with WWBA.
JIM LOUK and MARK ROBINSON are returning to call the games for their 21st season; TAMPA BAY TIMES Senior Writer JOEY JOHNSTON will serve as sideline reporter and WWBA sister Sports WHBO-A (SPORTS TALK AM 1040 THE TEAM) afternoon host ROCK RILEY will join JIM LIGHHALL on pre- and post-game shows.
"We are excited to add some very prominent BAY AREA sports voices in JOEY and ROCK to our broadcasts this season and think our fans will really enjoy their contributions," USF Director of Athletics MARK HARLAN said. "It's great to have JIM and MARK back for their 21st season in the booth and JIM LIGHTHALL back on the pre- and post-game shows. We are looking forward to a very exciting season."
