According to the the initial filing, DAVE and CLARE CAPPS' WW2, L.L.C. is selling Sports KTEL-A (1490 ESPN)/WALLA WALLA, WA and K259CR/MILTON-FREEWATER, OR; ROUND UP RADIO, INC. is selling Top 40 KWVN-F (107.7 HOT FM) and News-Talk KUMA-A/PENDLETON, OR, K261BH/HEPPNER, OR, and K237DM/WALLA WALLA; UMA, LLC is selling Classic Hits KUMA-F (92.1 PARTY NOW)/PILOT ROCK, OR; and KSRV, INC. is selling Country KWHT (K-WHEAT), Sports KTIX-A (ESPN 1240), and K276GF/PENDLETON, OR to RANDOLPH MCKONE's EMG2, LLC for $1.75 million plus an LMA before closing; K243CK has been added to the deal.
