The CFL's WINNIPEG BLUE BOMBERS have inked an extension of their deal with CORUS News-Talk CJOB-A/WINNIPEG that will keep the team's games on the station through 2024. The BOMBERS also extended their relationship with CJOB sister CKND-DT (GLOBAL WINNIPEG) as the team's "official community TV partner." Play-by-play announcer BOB IRVING and analyst DOUG BROWN continue as the BOMBERS' radio voices.
GLOBAL NEWS and CORUS RADIO WESTERN CANADA VP KENTON BOSTON said, "680 CJOB and GLOBAL WINNIPEG and 680 CJOB are thrilled to expand our long standing partnership with the WINNIPEG BLUE BOMBERS. We are so proud of the football club and our relationship with the BOMBER organization and are excited to bring Winnipeggers the most comprehensive CFL coverage on the field… and in the community. We are just getting started."
