FRIDAY's station transactions in the FCC database (11/24) were highlighted by ALOHA STATION TRUST, LLC finding a taker for one of iHEARTMEDIA's spinoffs, selling Urban WBFA (98.3 THE BEAT)/FORT MITCHELL, AL-COLUMBUS, GA to J. CHRISTOPHER MARTIN's RCG MEDIA, LLC for $1.1 million.

In other filings on FRIDAY, TOMLINSON-LEIS COMMUNICATIONS, LP is selling the construction permit for new FMs in OAKWOOD, TX and JACKSONVILLE, TX to NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, L.P. for $56,500 ($26.500 for OAKWOOD, $30,000 for JACKSONVILLE).

The drama surrounding TED MORGAN's SARANAC LAKE RADIO, LLC and RADIO LAKE PLACID, LLC continues with the sale of Silent WNBZ-A/SARANAC LAKE, NY by SARANAC LAKE RADIO to NORTH COUNTRY RADIO, INC. for just $6,000. MORGAN's stations' old studios in SARANAC LAKE are in arrears with tax liabilities and face auction (NET NEWS 11/21).

COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC is donating another of the stations it has to spin off under a Consent Decree with the FCC, KXMK/OATMAN, AZ to GOOD NEWS RADIO BROADCASTING, INC.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has applied for an STA to operate K237ER/GRAND FORKS, ND at a site different from authorized after discovering the facility was constructed on a tower with different coordinates from the licensed operation.

DR PEPPER PEPSI-COLA BOTTLING COMPANY OF DYERSBURG, LLC has requested an STA to operate Classic Hits WTRO-A/DYERSBURG, TN with reduced power from the tower in its pending construction permit application.

AMANDA FRIEDMAN has filed for an STA to operate Tropical WMYP (RUMBA 98.3)/FREDERIKSTED, VI from a temporary site after its licensed site was destroyed by Hurricane Maria. FRIEDMAN's RWAVE, LLC has also filed for an STA to operate Country WVVI-F/CHRISTIANSTED, VI from a temporary facility for the same reason. And JKC COMMUNICATIONS OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS, INC. has filed for an STA to operate AC WVIQ (SUNNY 99.5)/CHRISTIANSTED, VI from a temporary site with reduced power due to damage from Hurricane Maria.

CSN INTERNATIONAL has applied for a Silent STA for W292EM/LAFAYETTE, IN due to an interference complaint.

And TODD P. ROBINSON's KZLZ, LLC has closed on the sale of Classic Country KHIL-A and K251CG/WILLCOX, AZ to WILLCOX RADIO, LLC for $150,000.

On MONDAY (11/27), ILLINOIS ASSOCIATION OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS sold W256CH/PEKIN, IL and W282BS/DUNLAP, IL to LSE BROADCASTING, INC. for $100.  The translators will rebroadcast Religion WLSE/CANTON, IL.

And TALKNSPORTS, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for WKFL-A/BUSHNELL, FL due to the loss of its transmitter site.

Also, the licenses of FAMILY STATIONS, INC. for K254AG/GONZALES, CA and iHEARTMEDIA's CITICASTERS LICENSES, INC. for K264CF/ST. LOUIS were canceled at the licensees' request.
