iHeartMedia/Baltimore Names Mike Preston SVP/Programming

iHEARTMEDIA/BALTIMORE has named MIKE PRESTON as SVP/Programming, effective immediately. He will also serve as PD for Country WPOC and Adult Hits WQSR (102.7 JACK-FM).
“MIKE PRESTON fits this opening like a glove,” said SVP/Programming WASHINGTON, D.C. Region JEFF KAPUGI. “I am confident that his leadership and personality will take our BALTIMORE cluster to new heights.”
A radio vet with over 25 years of programming experience, PRESTON most recently spent time as PD of ENTERCOM Country KKWF (100.7 THE WOLF) and Rhythmic AC KHTP/SEATTLE. Early in his career, he was the APD at then-ABC RADIO’s WPLJ/NEW YORK. He later spent 12 years with CBS RADIO, including three as VP/Programming in SAN FRANCISCO and nine as PD and VP/Contemporary Hits Radio Programming in SEATTLE.
