Everyone at ALL ACCESS is saddened by the news of the passing of MARGARET LOCICERO from an apparent heart attack YESTERDAY (12/17) at her home in LAS VEGAS.

For many years, MARGARET was known for her lively spirit and enthsuiasm for life and music and her many friends in radio and the music business.  From her FACEBOOK PAGE, MARGARET  penned her background:
