MAJOR MARKET STATIONS, INC. is selling brokered Ethnic KWRM-A/CORONA, CA to JAMES Y. SU's EDI MEDIA, INC. for $1 plus expenses. EDI has been brokering most of the time on the station for Chinese-language programming; SU holds a 2% non-attributable interest in the seller.

RENDA BROADCASTING CORPORATION OF NEVADA has applied for an STA to operate Country WWGR (GATOR COUNTRY 101.9)/FORT MYERS, FL with reduced power due to a failure of the master antenna system.
CONNOISSEUR MEDIA LICENSES, LLC has filed for an STA to operate WJET-A/ERIE, PA with reduced power due to damage to the station's ground system.
KQED INC. has requested an STA to operate K202CT/SANTA ROSA, CA with a temporary facility after its licensed operation was destroyed in the wildfires.

Also, the BOSTON HERALD is reporting that Silent WMEX-A/BOSTON will return to the air under WATD/MARSHFIELD owner ED PERRY, who says he has a deal to buy the station for $125,000, PERRY told the HERALD that his plan will be to put the station back on and serve the southern portion of the market. PERRY's MARSHFIELD BROADCASTING CO. owns WATD and WXBR-A/BROCKTON.
And the SLC DIVESTITURE TRUST II, the SIMMONS MEDIA GROUP spinoff entity headed by trustee JAMES BURGOYNE has closed on the sale of Spanish AC KEGH/WOODRUFF, UT-SALT LAKE CITY and its boosters in OGDEN, BOUNTIFUL, SALT LAKE CITY, and PROVO, to MICHAEL V. CALL's AEROSTAR COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $1.1 million. GREG MERRILL of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP served as broker for the seller. A previous deal to sell the station, in the trust for the last six years, to AASAA MEDIA LLC was approved by the FCC in JUNE 2016 but failed to close.
