FCC Issues A Bunch Of Warnings

The FCC has issued a Notice of Violation to MOUNT OLIVE BROADCASTING CO., operator of Religion WDJS-A/MOUNT OLIVE, NC, for failing to have a staff or managerial presence when FCC agents showed up for an inspection on MARCH 10th between 11:10a and 1:45p (ET), and for operating from a different antenna from the one specified in its license.
Also receiving a Notice of Violation was WESTFACE VENTURES, LLC, licensee of K253AN/AUSTIN, TX, for operating from an unauthorized antenna location and with 15.8% more power (527 watts TPO) and at a greater height (304 meters rather than 90 meters) than authorized.
The FCC also issued Notices of Unlicensed Operation to alleged pirate station operators FABIAN GASKIN (99.9 FM, WEST ORANGE, NJ); NICOLAS RONALD (107.7 FM, ORANGE, NJ); ANDY MILVOIX (104.7 FM, MATTAPAN, MA); IGNACE JEAN-CHARLES (106.3 FM, BOSTON); YVON GRANDCHAMPS, RADIO ENERGY (104.7 FM, MATTAPAN, MA); GRAY AUTO CLINIC AND TIRE SERVICES (99.9 FM, WEST ORANGE, NJ); and THE MUSIC BOX VILLAGE AND TAYLOR SHEPHARD (87.9 FM, NEW ORLEANS); and CHRISTOPHER W. SUESSLE (95.3 FM, POUGHKEEPSIE, NY).
