Universal Music Group Acquires Publishing Catalog From Stiff, ZTT And Perfect Songs

UNIVERSAL MUSIC has acquired publishing rights of renown British pub label STIFF RECORDS, ZTT RECORDS and PERFECT SONGS from SPZ GROUP, owned by producer TREVOR HORN, reports MUSIC BUSINESS WORLDWIDE.
Included in the deal is the entire ZTT catalogue and select STIFF recordings from artists such as ART OF NOISE, FRANKIE GOES TO HOLLYWOOD, KIRSTY MACCOLL, SHANE MACGOWAN, TRACEY ULLMAN and WRECKLESS ERIC. PERFECT SONGS is home to the SEAL catalogue.
