BUSTOS MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC is selling Spanish Religion KRYN-A/GRESHAM, OR; Regional Mexican KDYK-A (LA ZETA 93.7/1020)/UNION GAP, WA; Spanish Religion KULE-A/EPHRATA, WA; and K229AD/YAKIMA, WA to CENTRO FAMILIAR CRISTIANO for $374,500 ($184.500 for KRYN, $40,000 for KULE, and $150,000 for KDYK and K229AD), plus time brokerage agreements before closing.
In other filings with the FCC, FRANK R. HANEL JR 's WILD WEST RADIO, INC. is selling Country KRAI-A (55 COUNTRY) and Hot AC KRAI-F/CRAIG, CO and K272DE/STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO to DON J. TLAPEK's BLIZZARD BROADCASTING, LLC for $600,000 ($30,000 down, $90,000 cash at closing, $480,000 in a promissory note) plus a six-month consulting agreement with HANEL.

LATTER RAIN NETWORK, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for low power FM WLRF-LP/BINGHAMTON, NY due to "inadequate resources to operate the station."
And WQTM, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WQTM-A/FAIR BLUFF, NC due to transmitter repair.
