WOODWARD BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Country KSUM-A and Classic Rock KFMC-F/FAIRMONT, MN to CITY OF LAKES MEDIA, INC. for $800,000.

In other filings with the FCC, KEVIN J. YOUNGERS is selling K225CA/DEL VALLE, TX to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $325,000.  EMF plans to rebroadcast Christian AC KVLR (K-LOVE)/SUNSET VALLEY-AUSTIN, TX with the translator.

WENDOLYNN TELLEZ is selling K243BO/ROMA, TX and K225CE/HILLSBORO, TX to CENTRO CRISTIANO DE VIDA ETERNA for $100,000.  The translators will rebroadcast Spanish Religion KUBR-A/SAN JUAN, TX and KHFX-A/CLEBURNE, TX, respectively.

FCR BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W242BH/MARSHALL, MI to SMILE FM for $10,000.  The buyer plans to rebroadcast Contemporary Christian WLGH (SMILE FM)/LEROY TWP.-LANSING, MI on the translator.

Applying for STAs were S G COMMUNICATIONS (WHEW-A/FRANKLIN, TN, operation with parameters at variance while testing of new diplexed system is completed); KONA COAST RADIO, LLC (KNIT-A/SALT LAKE CITY, UT, temporary long wire antenna at nearby site of KRRF-A/MURRAY, UT, which KONA COAST is acquiring); OMMNI BROADCASTING, LLC (WTKP/PORT ST. JOE, FL, reduced power from two bay antenna due to damage from Hurricane Irma); FRANKLIN RADIO ASSOCIATES, INC. (WAKM-A/FRANKLIN, TN, to get the station back on the air with temporary facilities after several problems completing construction under a permit set to expire); and MAPLETON LICENSE OF SPOKANE, LLC (KGA-A/SPOKANE, damaged antenna system).

Requesting extensions of Silent STAs were NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, L.P. (K265DW/MOUNT PLEASANT, TX, loss of primary station and dispute with tower owner) and CRAVEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE (W201AO/GREENVILLE, NC, tower demolished).

AMERICAST MEDIA, LLC has closed on the sale of the construction permit for KZEZ-A/SANTA CLARA, UT, to B. RAY CARPENTER's TRI-STAR MEDIA, LLC for $12,500 plus forgiveness of a loan made by the buyer to ROCKWELL MEDIA SERVICES.

WAY BROADCASTING LICENSEE, LLC has closed on the sale of Ethnic WATB-A (RAINBOW 1420 AM)/DECATUR-ATLANTA, GA to JDJ COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $360,000.

SCOTT HENNEN and STEVEN HALLSTROM have closed on the buyout of their partners in BAKKEN BEACON MEDIA, LLC, licensee of News-Talk WZFG-A (AM 1100 THE FLAG)/DILWORTH, MN-FARGO, ND and News-Talk KTGO-A (BAKKEN BEACON)/TIOGA, ND, for $538,130 ($100,000 cash, $438,130 in deferred payments under a promissory note).  HENNEN goes from 22.6% to 50% equity, while HALLSTROM goes from 0% to 50%.  GREGORY BUTLER, EUGENE GRANER, FRED EVANS, KATHLEEN NESET, and WALTER GROTTE are the selling partners.

DAYSTAR PUBLIC RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of Jazz WKSG (89.5 THE BOULEVARD)/CEDAR CREEK-OCALA, FL to COMMUNITY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $900,000.

And KANZA, INC. has closed on the sale of Country KMZU and Top 40 KAOL-A (101.3 THE GRENADE)/CARROLLTON, MO, Classic Country KRLI (COUNTRY 103.9)/MALTA BEND, MO, and K267BN/BOSWORTH, MO to MILES CARTER's CARTER MEDIA LLC.
