WGN/Chicago's 'Sports Central' Returns As Weekday Streaming Show

TRIBUNE News-Talk WGN-A/CHICAGO is bringing back "SPORTS CENTRAL," but this time as a weekday streaming show on wgnradio.com and the WGN app, starting TUESDAY, JANUARY 30th.  ADAM HOGE will host the daily show 1-2p (CT), following the online-only "bonus hour" of BILL LEFF and WENDY SNYDER's midday show.  "SPORTS CENTRAL" aired as a weekend show on WGN starting in 1982 through 2015 and spawned a long-running weeknight version that ended in 2010.

“Listeners can interact with SPORTS CENTRAL live while also having the freedom to consume it on-demand throughout the day,” said HOGE. “There’s no better place to launch than from Radio Row at the SUPER BOWL. I can’t wait to get started!”

Also, WGN's weekly "BLACKHAWKS CRAZY" podcast is adding CHICAGO BLACKHAWKS studio host  CHRIS BODEN as co-host with SCOTT KING.
