TED MORGAN's RADIO LAKE PLACID, INC. is selling WRGR/TUPPER LAKE, NY to RICKI LEE SHORTHOSE and HANNA MARIA KALETA's BORDER MEDIA LICENSES LLC for $8,000. SHORTHOSE, co-founder of AIIR and former PD at JACK FM and STAR RADIO in BRISTOL, ENGLAND, and KALETA are foreign nationals (U.K, and POLAND, respectively) and husband and wife.
In other filings with the FCC, LARRY and SUSAN PATRICK are increasing their interests in LEGEND COMMUNICATIONS OF WYOMING, LLC, licensee of 18 full power stations, six FM translators and one booster in WYOMING, from 32.5% each to 50% each by buying out 35% owner NEW ECHELON VENTURES MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC for $300,000 ($50,000 cash, $250,000 in a promissory note).

KSE RADIO VENTURES, LLC has asked the Commission for an STA to operate Classic Hits KXKL-F (KOOL 105) and Hot AC KIMN (MIX 100)/DENVER with reduced power from an alternate site while work is done on the MOUNT MORRISON NORTH master antenna. KXKL and KIMN share a downtown auxiliary antenna, but that antenna cannot transmit two stations at the same time and presents RF issues.
And NIA BROADCASTING, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WSYL-A/SYLVANIA, GA while it replaces its transmitter.
