MEADOWS MEDIA LLC is selling Country-Tejano KFUN-A/LAS VEGAS, NM to CA BROADCASTING LLC for $400,000. ($5,000. in escrow).The deal also includes a management agreement putting BACA in charge of MEADOWS' AC KLVF/LAS VEGAS, NM, which MEADOWS intends to move to PECOS, NM.
