FCC Lists Complete, Incomplete Applications Left in FM Translator Auction 99

Completeness Counts

The FCC has released the results of the review of the 26 remaining short-form applications in FM Translator Auction 99, an AM Revitalization auction, with 18 deemed complete and 8 incomplete.  The applicants in the former category will be deemed qualified bidders upon payment of the upfront fee by APRIL 19th.  The applicants in the latter category must file an amended, complete application and the fee by APRIL 19th as well in order to save their applications.
