Stations Sold In Miles City

SENGER BROADCASTING CORPORATION sells Classic Country KMTA-A and Country KKRY (HOT COUNTRY 92.3)/MILES CITY, MT to STEPHEN A. MARKS' CUSTER COUNTY COMMUNITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $540,000 ($100,000 cash to the seller and $440,000 directly to creditor MILES CITY BROADCASTING CORP./MILES CITY FINANCIAL CORP.), plus a time brokerage agreement and a third of the proceeds if the buyer spins off KMTA in a separate sale. 

The buyer owns NBC affiliate KYUS-TV/MILES CITY, which is a satellite of KULR-TV/BILLINGS and does not count toward the cross-ownership rules.
