Smart Speaker Voting Begins For Macy’s iHeartRadio Rising Star

For the first time ever, iHEARTRADIO has opened up voice voting for the top-five finalists in the MACY’s iHEARTRADIO RISING STAR COMPETITION. Listeners vote for their favorite act, and the winner performs at the iHEARTRADIO MUSIC FESTIVAL. 

Beginning today, fans can now cast their votes for the finalists using AMAZON Alexa and GOOGLE Assistant. After they ask to "Talk to iHEART RISING STAR," users can hear the five finalists introduce themselves and listen to a clip from their song before voting. At the end, voters will enjoy MACY’S MSTYLE RADIO on iHEARTRADIO, which features all of the finalists. The whole experience is "hosted" by last year's winner, JAMES MASLOW.
