Texas Tech Signs Up For Nine More Years On Ramar Communications/Lubbock Stations

TEXAS TECH athletics rights holder LEARFIELD has inked an extension of its deal with the RAMAR COMMUNICATIONS cluster to air the RED RAIDERS games for the next nine years. The deal includes a new show with Dir./Athletics KIRBY HOCUTT.
Sports KTTU (DOUBLE T 97.3)/LUBBOCK will air football, men's basketball, baseball, coaches' shows, and a daily update; Tejano KTXQ (MAGIC 106.5) will air football; Sports KJTV-A-K264AN (THE SCORE) will air football, men's and women's basketball, coaches' shows, and daily updates; and Hot AC KLZK (107.7 YES FM) will air women's basketball. HOCUTT's show will debut AUGUST 29th.

I’m excited to be able to further strengthen direct communication with our fans by debuting this new weekly show.”
