ILIAD MEDIA GROUP/BOISE, ID has promoted JAMES GARNER to Regional OM. JAMES has been with the company for 11 years, having served as PD for several stations in the BOISE market. JAMES will now oversee the programming, production, and promotions for a total of 13 stations in the BOISE and TWIN FALLS markets.
