HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OF INDIANAPOLIS, INC. is selling Religion WWQI (THE LIFE FM)/MORRISTOWN, IN to THE POWER FOUNDATION for $15,000.

In other filings with the FCC, BOISE COMMUNITY RADIO PROJECT, INC. has applied for an STA to operate KRBX/CALDWELL, ID with 25% of licensed power due to micro-arcing in the lower portion of the antenna.

SPIRIT COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for K293AY/ENUMCLAW, WA due to the unreliability of receiving the primary signal.

The UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING has requested extensions of its Silent STAs for KTWY and KWWY/SHOSHONI, WY, both acquired in Silent status from COCHISE BROADCASTING as part of the latter's divestiture of stations under a Consent Decree with the FCC.

And THE PRESENCE RADIO NETWORK, INC. has closed on the transfer of  Religion WXTP/NORTH WINDHAM, ME; WEGP/PRESQUE ISLE, ME; WTBP/BATH, ME; WWTP/AUGUSTA, ME; and WXBP/CORINTH, ME to IMMACULATE HEART MEDIA, INC. as a charitable contribution valued at $750,000.

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, HOLIDAY BROADCASTING is selling Country KRJC-F and K255CE/ELKO, NV to PAUL GARDNER's ELKO RADIO COMPANY for $300,000 (not including office real estate).  An LMA began WEDNESDAY (8/1).  GEORGE KIMBLE of KOZACKO MEDIA SERVICES served as broker for the deal.
