CAPITOL NASHVILLE's KEITH URBAN and VALORY MUSIC CO.'s THOMAS RHETT will both serve as advisors during the next season of NBC-TV's "The Voice." URBAN will join BLAKE SHELTON's team and RHETT will mentor KELLY CLARKSON's team during the Battle Rounds. "The Voice" season 15 will kick off on NBC-TV beginning MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24th.
This will mark the second consecutive season that both SHELTON and CLARKSON have tapped Country artists as advisors. Additionally, this will be RHETT's first time in a coaching, advising, or judging role on a major television reality competition. URBAN previously served as a judge on "AMERICAN Idol" during the show's final four seasons on FOX-TV.
